Lower Wadden Farmhouse and Annexe

Lower Wadden Farmhouse and Annexe stands on a working farmstead in Southleigh, near Beer, with the main farmhouse joined by a single-storey annexe looking over the courtyard. The farmhouse has two sitting rooms, one with an electric fire, a conservatory with French windows to the patio, a dining room and a big kitchen with a breakfast table. The property sleeps 14 in total, and is best suited to a maximum of 12 adults.

Five bedrooms sit in the main house, up two staircases: two king-size doubles and three twins, sharing three bathrooms. The single-storey annexe has one family bedroom with a king-size bed and two singles, an open-plan living space with its own kitchen and French windows, and a bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower.

The kitchen has an electric range-style cooker, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a TV with DVD and WiFi. A cot and highchair are available on request, and off-road parking is provided for six cars.

In the courtyard is a private hot tub, with an additional charge to use it during your stay, alongside a games room in the summer house and a garden with play equipment, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a per-dog supplement. No hen or stag parties are accepted, and smoking is not permitted.
