Little Seacroft

Little Seacroft is a two-bedroom cottage adjoining the owner's home at Horns Cross, near Bideford, offering privacy alongside a friendly welcome from those living next door. The property sleeps four across a double bedroom and a bunk room, each with its own en-suite shower room and WC, arranged off the first-floor living area.

The kitchen/diner on the ground floor is fitted with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods not supplied), with a dining table for meals. Upstairs, the living room has a Smart TV with Roku, a drinks fridge, books and games, plus Velux roof lights giving views out to sea.

Outside there is a small seating area with a bistro table directly by the front door, and a separate gravelled spot with a bench at the top of the drive. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with a second car only by prior arrangement with the owner. The cottage sits off the A39, so care is needed when approaching and leaving the property on foot or by car.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request, making this a practical option for a small family group. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
