Little Rew

This converted barn near Lapford sleeps two in a single ground-floor bedroom with a super-king-size bed and its own Smart TV, plus a set of bi-folding doors opening directly onto the garden. Next to the bedroom is a shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC.

The open-plan living space has a vaulted ceiling, a wood burner with logs included, and underfloor heating, alongside a dining area and bi-folding doors that lead outside. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment, wine cooler and dishwasher. A wrought iron and oak staircase leads up to a mezzanine level above the ground floor, a flexible space with countryside views that works well as a reading or yoga spot. A separate utility room houses the washer/dryer and offers storage for bikes and outdoor gear.

Outside, the enclosed garden includes a patio with seating, a gas barbecue and a private hot tub, which is drained and refilled between bookings so may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening. Stone steps lead up to an elevated lawn area with a fire pit and further seating. Private off-road parking is provided on site, along with an electric vehicle charging point, for which charges apply directly to the owner. Internet access is available throughout.

This property does not accept children or infants, and two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is required before 10am.
