Little Marland Barn

Little Marland Barn sits near Petrockstow, close to Great Torrington, and sleeps up to twelve guests across six bedrooms. Four bedrooms have super king zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins if requested, alongside one double and one twin room, making the layout flexible for families or groups travelling together. Bathroom provision includes four en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom and an additional ground floor WC, so there is a bedroom and bathroom arrangement suited to larger parties.

The kitchen is equipped for group catering, with a double range electric oven and hob, two undercounter fridges, two undercounter freezers, a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a private chef can be hired separately for those who prefer not to cook during their stay.

Outside, guests have use of a private hot tub, a charcoal barbecue and an enclosed garden and patio area. A separate games barn houses a pool table and table tennis for rainy days or evening entertainment, and the lounge has a wood burner with a first basket of logs included, with further logs available to buy locally. A smart TV is fitted in the lounge and in every bedroom.

Practical details worth noting before booking: private off-road parking is available for six cars, and wifi is provided. Up to four dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair can be supplied for younger visitors. Arrival is from 3pm and departure by 10am.
