Little Folly Barn

Little Folly Barn sits in the hamlet of Dainton, within a short drive of Newton Abbot and Totnes. The property sleeps four across two first-floor bedrooms, reached via a spiral staircase: one with a king-size bed and one twin zip-and-link room that can be converted to super-king-size on request. Both bedrooms have a television with Netflix.

The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, with a woodburner in the lounge and a dining table seating all guests. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A shower room with WC is also located on the ground floor.

Outside, a terraced area and a lawned section both have seating, and gated access leads to an enclosed garden with a patio and BBQ, suiting families with children or a dog wanting space to play. Off-road parking is available at the side of the property. A pub is around a mile away and a golf course with restaurant is within walking distance, though the beach requires a short drive.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A highchair and travel cot are provided for younger guests. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am. Internet access is available at the property.
