This four-bedroom cottage near Beaford sits on the A3124, about 0.8 miles from the village and five miles from Torrington. The property accommodates up to eight guests across split-level accommodation accessed by two separate staircases, making it well suited to two families holidaying together. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.

The ground floor holds the main living spaces: a lounge with an inglenook fireplace and views over the patio, a smaller cosy lounge with a woodburner, and a dining room with a woodburner and table football. The kitchen includes an all-electric range cooker with double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge-freezer. Two separate WCs sit on this level alongside a utility room suitable for storing outdoor equipment such as surfboards and bicycles.

Two staircases lead to the four bedrooms upstairs. The first reaches one twin and one double; a separate bathroom with shower over bath and a separate shower room serve both rooms on that side. The second staircase leads to two further bedrooms, one configurable as a super-king double or twin and the other a twin, plus a family bathroom. An interconnecting passage between the middle bedrooms can open or close to suit the party.

Outside, the two-acre fully fenced and enclosed rear garden includes a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ; guests should bring their own charcoal. Off-road parking at the front accommodates up to three vehicles, and a 7kW EV charging point is on site. Plug-in hybrid cars may only use this dedicated point; electric bikes and e-scooters may not be brought into the house or lean-to and must not be charged anywhere on the premises. Up to three dogs are welcome, though they are not permitted upstairs, and additional charges may apply.
