Lakeview Big Barn

Lakeview Big Barn is a reverse-level barn conversion near Pancrasweek, close to the Devon and Cornwall border, part of a gated lakeside complex designed for large group stays. The first floor holds an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a large island, seating for the whole group, and a balcony overlooking the lake.

The property sleeps up to 26 guests across 12 bedrooms. Ten of these are super-king-size zip-and-link rooms, which can be converted to twins on request and two of which include an additional single bed, alongside two dedicated twin rooms. Eight bathrooms serve the group, made up of four family bathrooms with bath, shower and WC and four en-suite shower rooms, plus two separate WCs for convenience. Guests are asked to confirm bed configurations three days before arrival, as later changes may incur extra charges.

Outside, two patio areas come with lounge and dining furniture, gas barbecues, outdoor hot showers, and two large hot tubs seating 10 to 12 people each with Bluetooth speakers. The shared lakeside grounds offer fishing and paddleboarding by arrangement, though dogs must be kept under control and young children supervised near the water. Up to eight dogs are permitted, with additional charges applying. Off-road parking is available for up to ten cars, including an electric vehicle charging point, and wifi is provided throughout.

A neighbouring golf course, under the same ownership as the estate, offers guests a complimentary round plus discounts on food and drink, with transport available to and from the course by arrangement. Travel cots and highchairs can be supplied on request. Check-in runs from 4pm, with departure required by 10am.
