Hoppers Barn

Hoppers Barn is a reverse-level stone barn conversion on Dunsdon Farm near Pancrasweek, with all three bedrooms on the ground floor and the living space upstairs. It sleeps 6: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin that can convert to a super king-size via zip/link, and a second twin, sharing a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Upstairs, an open-plan first floor holds a country kitchen, a dining area under the original beams, and a sitting area built around a wood-burning stove, with a mezzanine snug above for bean bags and board games. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and four TVs and WiFi cover the property, with fuel, power and a stove starter pack included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed front garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, plus a Big Green Egg barbecue and a firepit. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and there is a free EV charging point available for overnight use after 7pm. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Hoppers Barn welcomes two well-behaved pets. The nearest shop is 4.5 miles away and the pub 5 miles. Smoking is not permitted, check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
