Haville Barn

Haville Barn is a converted barn sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The king and double bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with shower over the bath and WC; a third single bedroom includes an additional pull-out bed available on request. A separate ground-floor shower room with WC serves the main living areas. The property sits near Frithelstock Stone, close to Bideford and within reach of the North Devon coast.

The kitchen and dining area provide the main living space, equipped with a range-style electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine and slow cooker. A utility room contains a washing machine, additional fridge and storage. Upstairs, a spacious lounge with countryside views includes a TV and DVD player. Books, DVDs and games are provided throughout. Stairgates are available for families with young children.

An enclosed patio with garden furniture and gas BBQ opens onto a gravelled garden area, both ideal for relaxing after a day out. An outdoor tap is provided for muddy boots and paws. Parking for 2 cars is available on site. The property welcomes up to 4 dogs; additional charges may apply.

Westward Ho! beach lies 9 miles away with two miles of golden sands. Bideford town centre, offering shops, pubs and restaurants, is 6 miles distant. A pub is 1 mile away. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.
