Ford Barn Farm Lodge

This detached barn near Holcombe Rogus, close to Wellington, provides a substantial base for large family groups or gatherings of friends. It sleeps 10 guests plus two children across five bedrooms, with a ground-floor twin room sitting alongside a spacious hallway and boot room, each containing a separate WC.

Upstairs, a super-king-size bedroom looks out over countryside towards the Wellington Monument and includes a sofa bed suitable for two additional children, plus an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. A king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while two further king-size bedrooms share the family bathroom, which has a freestanding bath, shower and skylight above. All bedrooms are fitted with Smart TVs.

The open lounge/diner and kitchen/diner both open onto the garden, useful for moving between indoor and outdoor space during warmer months. The kitchen has a range-style cooker with induction hob, two electric ovens, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a second fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large enclosed garden includes a patio, outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ, along with a private hot tub.

Parking is available on-site for five cars, and the property has internet access throughout. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possible. A travel cot and highchair are provided, making the barn workable for families with young children, and a pub is within a mile.
