Buckland Barn

This large barn conversion near Buckland Brewer sleeps up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms, making it suited to group or multi-family stays. The kitchen and diner has a table for 12 and opens through bi-folding doors onto a patio, while the lounge has French doors leading to a further seating area outside; three steps connect the lounge to the kitchen/diner.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king room with a Smart TV and two king-size zip-and-link rooms that can be made up as 2'6" twins on request, all with en-suite wet rooms featuring walk-in showers. Upstairs there is a king room with an en-suite bathroom, a further king zip-and-link room with an en-suite wet room, and a king-size room with its own en-suite wet room. A separate laundry room with a WC and washing machine sits off the hall. As the property is a converted barn, steps link different levels throughout, including the route to the kitchen and bedrooms.

Outside there are two patios with outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a fire pit, plus a large enclosed lawned garden with a swing set, slide and football net. A games shed holds a pool table and additional outdoor games, useful for families or groups with children. Off-road parking is available for three cars, with space for two more by arrangement with the owners; there is no EV charging point due to an insufficient power connection at the property.

Up to four dogs are welcome for an additional charge, though cats are not permitted. Underfloor air-source heating runs throughout, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee machine alongside standard appliances. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. CCTV covers the front driveway around the clock, and check-in is from 5pm with departure by 10am.
