Brimpts Barn

Brimpts Barn is a converted stone barn on a working farm at Dartmeet, in Dartmoor National Park, with Princetown 5.9 miles away. With an L-shaped layout, it sleeps 24 across ten bedrooms in three buildings, most with their own en-suite shower room.

The main barn holds four bedrooms around a vast sitting room with a woodburning stove and a large dining area, plus a commercial kitchen and a hall with a pool table. A few yards across the patio, four more bedrooms include a family room and three twin rooms, and two further en-suite bedrooms sit in a separate building with their own external entrance.

Outside, an enclosed terrace garden has a barbecue, a hot tub and a sauna. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and there's a TV with DVD player and WiFi throughout. A cot and highchair are available on request, and fuel, power and a woodburner starter pack are included in the rent.

Off-road parking covers 10 cars, and conference facilities are available for group bookings. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, smoking is not permitted, and the property draws its water from a private supply that is tested regularly. The nearest shop is 6 miles away and the pub 1.4 miles.
