The kitchen has a range cooker with a gas oven and hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge, a fridge/freezer, a chest freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and WiFi covers the house. A small enclosed rear garden has a patio, a lawn and furniture, catching the sun, and a cot is available on request. Bed linen is included in the rent.

Beaufort House welcomes two well-behaved dogs, and smoking is not permitted. Stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted. The shop is 0.1 miles away, and the pub and beach are both 0.2 miles, with the harbour and town centre a short walk further on.
