Babbacombe Hall

Babbacombe Hall is a large detached Victorian house in Babbacombe village, a short walk from the shops, cafes and pub of St Marychurch. Set over two floors, the house sleeps 16 across eight bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it a good fit for a big family gathering or several households travelling together.

The ground floor holds a double bedroom with a super king-size bed and en-suite shower, alongside the sitting room, kitchen and formal dining room. Upstairs are six more bedrooms: a further super king-size double, four king-size doubles, one with a balcony and TV, and a double with a full en-suite bathroom of bath, shower, basin and WC, plus a twin room with its own shower en-suite.

The kitchen is fitted with a double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a second fridge. A separate games room gives children an Xbox console, air hockey, snooker and other traditional games, while the sitting room has a smart TV for the whole group. Outside, the enclosed garden has furniture, a boule pitch, two built-in barbecues and a hot tub for evenings after the beach.

Off-road parking covers 8 or more cars, and a travel cot with two highchairs are available on request. The house does not take pets, is no smoking or vaping throughout, and does not accept stag or hen parties. Electric cars cannot be charged on site. The nearest shop and pub are about five minutes' walk, and the beach is around 0.7 miles away.
