Gulls Cry

Stoke Fleming is a coastal village within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 3 miles from Dartmouth. This property sleeps three guests across two bedrooms, a double with sea views and a single, served by one shower room with WC. A restaurant and bar serving locally sourced food, a general store stocking freshly baked bread, and a village pub are all within half a mile. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, and a bus service connects to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Plymouth.

The open-plan living and dining area has a two-seater sofa with matching armchair, a wooden dining table and chairs, and double patio doors that let in good natural light. The compact kitchenette comes with an electric double oven, hob, fridge and microwave. A Smart TV is provided and towels are included. Mobile phone signal is variable in the area.

A furnished front patio with table and chairs faces out to sea, a practical spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Five steps lead to both the front and back of the property and some are unguarded, so take care on arrival and departure. An allocated parking space is provided on site.

A shared coin-operated laundry room on site accepts £1, 50p and 20p coins. Children under 5 and dogs are not accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.
