Estuary View (House & Annexe)

Estuary View is a detached house with a separate annexe in Above Town, Dartmouth, reached down 38 external steps from the parking area, and it sleeps 8 across four bedrooms.

The main house has three bedrooms: a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor double, and a first-floor king-size with its own balcony and en-suite shower room. A ground-floor bathroom has a bath and a shower over, plus a separate ground-floor cloakroom. The annexe holds a fourth bedroom, a twin, with its own shower room.

In the main house, an open-plan living room sits alongside a separate kitchen, dining area, utility room, conservatory and snug, warmed by a wood burning stove and gas central heating with underfloor heating to the en-suite. The annexe has its own open-plan living room, kitchen, dining and sitting area, with an induction hob and a combi microwave oven.

Outside, a rear AstroTurf and patio area sits alongside an enclosed ground-floor balcony deck, a first-floor enclosed balcony and a front space with a bistro table and chairs. Parking is provided for one large car or two smaller ones, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. The house is no smoking throughout, and the shop and pub are 0.4 miles away.
