Crows Nest

This two-bedroom bungalow sits roughly a mile from the centre of Brixham, within easy reach of the harbour, shops and restaurants. Access is via external steps to the front door, so it is not suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs. Four guests are accommodated across a king-size master bedroom and a twin room at the rear, with a single shower room and WC serving both.

A lounge with picture windows holds a sofa, armchairs and a TV. The kitchen and dining room features a drop-leaf table and chairs, an oven with hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, with check-in from 16:00 and departure before 09:00.

The enclosed garden is reached from the kitchen and runs across several levels: a patio with a wooden balustrade and dining furniture for eating outside, a lawn reached by steps, and a raised terrace with bench seating beneath a mature tree and a fire pit. Steps also feature within the garden itself. Two dogs are welcome at an extra charge.

Private parking accommodates three to four cars, and an electric vehicle charging point is on site with a fee of £50 payable at the time of booking. The pebble beach at Man Sands is around 1.5 miles on foot through the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A pub and shop are approximately a mile away, and guests should bring their own beach towels.
