Clova

Clova is a three-storey house in Brixham, with sea views and a short walk to the beach. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: two upstairs doubles, each with its own en-suite, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath and shower over, plus a twin bedroom on the ground floor served by its own bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric stove and a log-effect electric fire, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There's a Smart TV and WiFi, and fuel, power and use of the electric stove are included in the rent.

Outside, a wraparound garden combines a gravelled area, a lawn, a patio and furniture, an enclosed spot for children and pets to play or for a drink outside. A designated off-road parking space sits in front of the garage labelled Clova, with additional roadside parking available, and a small garage is there for bike storage.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the house is strictly no smoking. As a three-storey house with stairs between floors, the layout may not suit guests with limited mobility. The shop is around 0.2 miles away, the pub around 0.7 miles, the beach around 0.4 miles, and a lake and river around 1 mile.
