This substantial property near Parracombe, close to Combe Martin, sits within two acres of private grounds and sleeps up to ten, with a maximum of eight adults due to the bunk room. The dining room seats ten around a wood burner (a first basket of logs is provided), while a separate lounge with a Smart TV and an ornamental fireplace offers a quieter space to unwind.

Five bedrooms are arranged across the first floor: two super-king doubles, each with its own en suite and a Smart TV, two twin rooms with window views, and a bunk room suited to children. Three bathrooms serve the house in total, including one with a bath and shower, alongside a separate downstairs WC off the entrance porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, and a utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A dedicated games room has a second Smart TV, a games console and retro arcade machines, while a separate snooker room provides further space to spread out. Wi-fi is available throughout.

Outside, a roof terrace with sun loungers overlooks the grounds, which include a children's climbing frame, a football goal, a BBQ area and a private hot tub fitted with a Bluetooth speaker. A Kota lodge and a dog shower room complete the outdoor facilities, and two dogs are permitted per booking, with additional charges possible. Private parking is available for five cars, and the property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
