Stone's Throw

This first-floor apartment sits in Beer, a village on Devon's Jurassic Coast where pubs, restaurants and shops lie within 100 metres of the door. The shingle beach is equally close, and the South West Coast Path passes just 40 metres away, offering walks to Seaton 2.5 miles distant or Branscombe 2 miles from the apartment along the coast path.

Access is by a flight of stairs from the shared entrance. Inside, the open-plan living space features an L-shaped sofa with Smart TV, wooden floors and pale walls. A dining table overlooks Jubilee Gardens with a glimpse of the sea. The kitchen includes an electric combination microwave and oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine. A washer/dryer and drinks station occupy the far corner for tea, coffee or your own beverages.

The double bedroom connects to a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. Towels and a welcome pack are provided. There is no dedicated outdoor space attached to the apartment, though the nearby suntrap beach provides a natural place to relax in fresh air.

Parking is available in the main village public car park with a permit supplied. Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout before 10:00. Dogs are not permitted. Internet access is available.
