Cedar 1

Cedar 1 is a single-storey lodge at Pinewood Retreat, a holiday park near Rousdon and about 3 miles from Lyme Regis. The whole property sits on one level, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area opening onto an enclosed wrap-around veranda. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with off-road parking for 2 cars.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV and its own en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A double and a twin room share a family bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. The open-plan living space has an electric fire, a second Smart TV and WiFi throughout, plus gas central heating with fuel and power included in the rent.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a wine chiller, with a dining table for meals in. Outside, the wrap-around veranda has a table and chairs for morning coffee or an evening meal. Guests also have use of Pinewood Retreat's communal indoor and outdoor swimming pools, though children must be supervised around them and the outdoor pool only opens seasonally.

Cedar 1 does not take pets and is no smoking throughout. There's a launderette on site with charges payable separately from the rent. The shop is about 3 miles away, the nearest pub 2.2 miles, and the coast around 3 miles, so a car is useful for trips beyond the park.
