Ocean View

Ocean View is a single-storey lodge on a 31-acre park in Ilfracombe, next to a coastal area of outstanding natural beauty. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and sits alongside two twin rooms. A family bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, basin and WC, and a stair gate is available for younger guests.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and a mounted Smart TV. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and toastie machine, and WiFi covers the lodge throughout. Gas central heating runs through the property.

A wrap-around enclosed balcony surrounds the lodge, and off-road parking is provided for two cars, with further space in the park's own car park. The park is open all year and has an on-site pub. Smoking is not permitted, and a shop and pub are both about 0.1 miles away. Ilfracombe has five beaches, several under National Trust ownership, and Woolacombe Bay's three-mile beach is a short drive away, as is Exmoor National Park.
