Moorcrest is a single-storey annexe attached to an 18th-century cottage in Littleham, with Bideford's shops and quay about 2.5 miles away. The property sleeps 2 in one double bedroom, with countryside views from the grounds. Booking is restricted to adults only, so it suits couples wanting a quiet base rather than a family holiday.

The living and dining room has an electric fire and a TV with Freeview, a good spot to relax after a day out. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a dining table for meals in. The double bedroom sits off the same single-storey layout, next to a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Oil central heating covers the annexe, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. WiFi is provided throughout. Outside, a private patio gives space to sit out, and off-road parking is available at the front of the property. The Crealock Arms pub is 0.8 miles away, and a shop is 1.9 miles away.

Moorcrest does not accept pets and the property is no smoking throughout. Check-out is only available on a Saturday, and any stay booked during July or August must run a full week.
