Mayfield

Mayfield is a three-storey holiday home in Ilfracombe, sleeping eight across four bedrooms. The ground floor has a super king-size bedroom and a twin room with French doors leading to a small sunroom, along with a snug/games room, a shower room with WC, and a utility room housing the washing machine and a small kitchen area for drinks.

Upstairs on the first floor is the main lounge/dining room with a Smart TV and comfortable sofas, along with a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. This floor also has a double bedroom and a family shower room with a separate WC. The top floor holds a further bedroom with a double and single bed, plus its own small kitchenette and shower room, useful for a family wanting some separation from the rest of the group. In total there are three shower rooms with WCs plus one additional separate WC.

Outside, the snug opens onto an enclosed garden with a patio area, a picnic bench and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for dining outdoors on warmer evenings. A gate leads through to a further enclosed lawned area with some games and toys provided for children. Storage is available for bikes and surfboards, and private parking is provided for up to four cars on the driveway.

Pubs, shops and the beach are all within 400 metres, making a car unnecessary for day-to-day errands during the stay. Internet access is available throughout the property. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and the owners ask that guests do not book the property for stag or hen parties. Arrival is from 5pm and departure is before 10am.
