Broadsands

Broadsands is a detached house in Paignton, set up for a group of up to 10 across five bedrooms. The garden wraps around the property with a lawn, furniture, a barbecue, a summerhouse and a hot tub tucked into its own corner.

Two doubles sit on the ground floor, one with an en-suite shower room and the other served by a separate shower room. Upstairs, the king-size room opens onto its own balcony through French doors, and there's a further double with en-suite and a bunk room. A family bathroom has a freestanding bath alongside gold fixtures and tiling.

The open-plan kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a range of integrated appliances, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. The living/dining room gives space to gather, and there's a bar in the house for evenings in. A Smart TV and WiFi are provided throughout.

Broadsands welcomes up to six well-behaved dogs, with fuel, power and a welcome pack for them included in the rent. Ample off-road parking is available, and smoking isn't permitted anywhere on site; stag and hen parties aren't accepted either. The shop is around 0.4 miles away, with the pub and beach both around 0.3 miles.
