28 Fore Street

28 Fore Street is a four-storey townhouse in the heart of Seaton, an East Devon coastal town on the Jurassic Coast. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a roof terrace with glass balustrading on the top floor for evening drinks and far-reaching views.

The ground floor is open-plan, with the kitchen and dining area leading through bi-fold doors to an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture. On the first floor there's a king-size bedroom and a double, both served by a shower room, and the second floor holds a second double and a twin sharing a family bathroom.

The kitchen has a gas range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee maker, and there are two TVs and WiFi throughout. Gas central heating covers the house, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. A highchair, stair gate and travel cot are available.

28 Fore Street takes two well-behaved dogs, kept to the ground floor only. One parking permit is supplied for the Orchard car park on Beer Road, a five-minute walk away, as there's no allocated space at the house. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.3 miles.
