This apartment occupies the first floor of a Victorian building in Beer, a village on Devon's south coast. External stairs lead to the main living space, which combines lounge and dining areas with comfortable sofas, wooden floors and a dining table. A small modern kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and L'Or barista coffee machine. Doors from the living area open onto a small patio with table and chairs.

Both bedrooms are en-suite: the double has a bath and shower, while the twin has a shower. The apartment benefits from shared terraced lawn gardens with village views, accessed via the car parking area. Several steps lead down to the garden. Beach, pub and shop all lie within 0.1 miles of the property.

Private parking is available on site; the space is large but care should be taken when approaching. An electric vehicle charge port is provided (bring your own cable) at £45 per week. Internet access is included. Facilities include welcome pack, ultra 4K TV, sound bar and DVD player. Towels are provided.
