Rockham

Rockham is a first-floor apartment within a complex in Croyde, near Braunton, with a private gate leading straight onto the beach. It sleeps four across two en-suite bedrooms, making it suited to couples or a small family sharing, and there is no lift, so stairs are needed to reach the apartment.

Both bedrooms have a super-king zip-and-link bed, which can be requested as twin beds, and each has its own en-suite shower room with a WC. The lounge has a smart TV, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Towels are included.

A private balcony opens off the living area with views towards Croyde Beach, and there is a private patio at the entrance. Guests also have access to a shared lawned area within the complex, with seating and a barbecue, overlooking the beach, though this space is communal rather than exclusive to the apartment. A gate from the complex gives direct access onto the sand.

Allocated on-site parking is provided for two cars, and internet access is included. Dogs are not permitted. Shops and pubs are within about a mile, and Saunton Golf Club, a 36-hole course open to visitors, is around a mile away. Lynton and Lynmouth, within Exmoor National Park, are roughly 24 miles further afield. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00, with straightforward beachside access from the door via the private gate onto the sand.
