Holly Cottage

Set in an elevated position above Seaton, this two-bedroom house sits within grounds close to the owner's home while retaining its own private outdoor space. The ground floor is finished with oak flooring throughout and opens through French doors from the lounge/kitchen/diner onto a patio, with a separate WC also on this level. A fitted kitchen allows meals to be prepared for the whole party, with dining possible either at the indoor table or outside on the patio.

Upstairs, reached via an oak staircase, the king-size bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, plus doors leading onto a private balcony. The twin bedroom is also on the first floor and is served by a separate family shower room. Both bedrooms have televisions, and the lounge includes a smart TV, DVD player and surround sound system.

Outside, guests have use of a large balcony and patio areas furnished for sitting out, along with shared access to a meadow on the owner's grounds that looks out towards the sea. Private parking is provided for two cars. Internet access is available at the property.

This is a house for four guests only, with two bedrooms and no allowance for additional sleeping arrangements. Dogs are not permitted. Standard arrival is from 16:00, with departure required by 10:00 the following day.
