Tranquil Lodge Retreat in Paignton

This single-storey lodge in Paignton has sea views and sits on a quiet holiday park close to the beach, with free on-street parking right outside. An enclosed deck holds a private hot tub, the focus of the outdoor space.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a master double with its own en-suite shower room, and two twins that share a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. The open-plan living area brings kitchen, dining and sitting space together around a large corner sofa.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and an air fryer, and the dining area seats the group for shared meals. Two Smart TVs and WiFi cover evenings in, and gas central heating with an electric fire keeps the lodge warm. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Free on-street parking is available, and the property is no smoking throughout. A shop is around 0.1 miles away and a pub about 0.7 miles, both an easy walk from the lodge.

Paignton itself has sandy beaches and a harbour to explore, and the surrounding coast adds further options: Torquay is around 3 miles away, Brixham about 5.5 miles, Totnes roughly 6 miles and Dartmouth around 8 miles.
