Sunnyside

Sunnyside is a detached three-bedroom cottage in Hope Cove, sitting roughly 100 metres from Outer Cove beach, one of two sandy coves divided by a rocky headland. The village has pubs, restaurants and shops within easy reach, and the South West Coast Path runs nearby for longer walks along the South Devon coast.

Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the layout suits families or a group of friends. The ground floor holds a king-size bedroom with a period ornamental fireplace and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom with shower over bath. Ceiling beams in the lounge and both ground-floor bedrooms give the interior a relaxed country character. Upstairs, a second king-size bedroom has sea views from the window, and a second bathroom with shower over bath sits on the same floor.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine with pods provided. A washing machine is also included. The dining area seats six and flows into the lounge, where a large sofa and easy chair sit alongside a Smart TV. Towels and linen are included, and a travel cot is available.

French doors from the lounge lead onto an outside staircase up to a terraced, enclosed garden with a gravel area and outdoor dining furniture, a quiet spot for meals or evening drinks. Private off-road parking is provided for one car, though access is noted as slightly narrow. One dog is welcome, and additional charges may apply.
