Morte View

Morte View is a two-bedroom apartment in central Mortehoe, a village in North Devon with pubs and shops within half a mile. Woolacombe Beach lies one mile away, offering three miles of sandy shore. The Southwest Coast Path is accessible locally for coastal walks, while Morte Point and Bull Point Lighthouse are each within 1.5 miles. One dog is welcome; additional charges may apply.

The apartment occupies the first floor and above. An entrance hallway on the ground floor provides storage for outdoor equipment and beach essentials. A half landing contains a separate WC before the living spaces: a lounge with Smart TV and DVD player, and a separate dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are the double and twin bedrooms, both with countryside views and reduced head height, plus a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

A digital parking permit is included for one car in a nearby car park, 150 yards away. Car registration must be provided at booking. Permits cover either four or seven days; for a Saturday-to-Saturday week, the seven-day permit starts on the first Saturday and ends at midnight on the following Friday, leaving the departure Saturday unpermitted. Additional parking can be paid at the car park or via the Ringo app. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is by 10:00.

The property has no private outdoor space. A travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available. Beach towels are not provided; bring your own. Interior storage suits surfboards or bikes. Internet access is available. A welcome pack is included.
