Hartland View

Hartland View is a first-floor apartment in Woolacombe, with sea views from the open-plan living room and a two-minute walk into the town. You park in the marked bay and climb a staircase to reach it, so expect stairs on arrival.

Inside, the living space combines a sitting area with sofas facing a TV, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine. There are two TVs in the apartment, WiFi, gas central heating, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The second room is a bunk bedroom, suited to younger guests. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and WC. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Parking is one designated space for one car only, and it must be the space marked for Apartment 2. The communal garden has seating, and there is lockable storage for bodyboards, beach equipment and wet suits, plus a garden hose for rinsing kit at the end of the day. Guests bring their own beach towels.

Shops and pubs are within a five-minute walk. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.
