Petrockstow

Petrockstow sits near Great Torrington in North Devon, and Little Marland Barn is found here rather than in the town itself. The property sleeps up to twelve across six bedrooms, made up of four rooms with super king zip-and-link beds, a double and a twin. Four of the bedrooms are en suite, and there is a family bathroom plus an additional ground-floor WC.

The kitchen is fitted with a double range electric oven and hob, two undercounter fridges, two undercounter freezers, a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher, with a separate utility room holding a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests have use of a private hot tub, a charcoal barbecue and a wood burner, plus a separate games barn with a pool table and table tennis. Private off-road parking is provided for six cars, along with an EV charger, and up to four dogs can stay by arrangement.
