The Barn

This stone cottage sits on the outskirts of Croyde with a reverse-level layout that places the super-king-size bedroom, wet room and kitchen/diner on the ground floor. The first floor features a vaulted and beamed lounge with glazed gable doors opening onto a decked area. Capacity is 2 guests; a child's single bed can be arranged in advance if needed.

The wet room has a shower with separate handheld attachment and WC. The kitchen contains a Neff electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, along with a coffee machine. Downstairs sleeping arrangements can be configured as a super-king-size or twin beds by request at the time of booking.

Two outdoor spaces serve the property: a south-facing decked area and a patio with steps to the front. Both have garden furniture, and a BBQ is available for outdoor cooking. A travel cot and highchair are available. The lawn beyond the patio belongs to another house. Private parking accommodates 2 cars, and EV charging is available on request.

The beach lies 1 mile away. A shop and pub are 0.5 miles away. Monday changeovers only. One dog is allowed; additional charges may apply. Bring your own beach towels. Arrival from 16:00, departure before 10:00.
