Old Ford Farm Annexe

This annexe sits alongside the owners' farmhouse on the outskirts of Wilmington, near Honiton, reached down a half-mile driveway and bordered by meadows. The whole cottage is on one level, with its own private entrance separate from the main house, and a stream runs parallel to the property, so care is needed around it.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC. The sitting room has a dining area, an electric fire and doors out to the garden, and the fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A TV with Freeview and DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books, games and DVDs are provided, and all fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside is a private garden with furniture, where a pond has been replaced with a terrace and pergola. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking throughout, and this annexe only accepts arrivals on a Friday, so plan your travel dates around that.

Wilmington has its own pub 1 mile away, with a shop 2 miles off, and Honiton itself is 4 miles from the annexe.
