Honeysuckle Cottage

Honeysuckle Cottage sits on a 300-acre working farm near Frithelstock, offering a quiet rural base for up to 6 guests. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a double with en-suite shower and WC, and a spacious twin room. A bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC is also downstairs. From the ground floor, stairs lead up to the first-floor lounge and kitchen/diner; a further set of wooden stairs from the lounge rises to the galleried third bedroom, a twin with sofa and Smart TV that sits above the living area. The lounge has reclining sofas and a Smart TV, while the kitchen/diner features a beamed ceiling and wooden dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (pods not provided). A utility room adjacent to the property, accessed externally, houses the washing machine and a freestanding electrical airer. Smart TVs are in the lounge and both twin rooms; the double bedroom has a standard TV. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Across the parking area, an enclosed lawn garden provides outdoor seating and a BBQ. A separate games barn contains a pool table, table tennis table and dartboard, with badminton and swing ball available outdoors. By arrangement with the owner, guests can explore the farm, meet the animals or take a driven farm tour; children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times on this working farm.

Arrival is from 15:00 and departure by 10:00. EV charging is not permitted at the property. CCTV operates around the clock, covering the driveway entrance and main farmhouse but not guest areas. Dogs are not allowed.
